GENERALITIES :
Every rent is personal, not transferable and may not be subleased.
The rent becomes final after our written confirmation and upon receipt of
the deposit amounting to 20% of the rent plus booking expenses.
The deposit is only finalizing the booking if it goes with the completed and
signed tenancy contract. In case of cancellation, the booking expenses and
the indemnification for breach of contract will be retained.
The indemnification amounts to:
• 20 % of the total rent, if you cancel more
than 30 days before the agreed day of arrival,
• The total rent, if you cancel less than 31
days before the agreed date of arrival or if you don’t show up on that
date.
We are now subscriber of group contract n°92611 with Cornhill France and offer you an insurance against cancellation, delay or interruption of your contracted stay. This insurance covers the risk of above mentioned breach of contract under the following conditions: accident, illness, death, important damage to your business, to your permanent or second home, important damage to your vehicle, change of holiday period due to your employer, dismissal, transfer ordered by your employer, roadblock or strike. You should then conclude the ins rance on the booking form.
Whenever possible your special preferences will be taken into account, as specified on the booking form. Extract of guarantees.
Domestic animais (cats and dogs except 1st and 2nd category dogs) are admitted if held at leash, tattooed and provided wi h va ination certificâte against rabies.
All campers must observe the campsite regulations.
Disputes are exclusively of the competence of the court of SETE.
CAMPING PITCHES :
The stay runs from noon on the day of arrival till noon on the day of departure.
If, without prior warning, the tenant does not show up on the agreed day of
arrival, the booking is no longer guaranteed.
ACCOMMODATIONS :
The rent must be fully paid not later than 30 days before the beginning of
the agreed renting period. If not, the booking is no longer guaranteed. In
case of late arrival or early departure there will be no refund.
The stay runs from 4.00 p.m. on the day of arrival, till 10.00 a.m. on the
day of departure. On the arrival date the accommodation must be occupied before
8.00 p.m.
In June, July and August, the stay runs from Saturday till Saturday. During high season and very high season, the booking will include at least two weeks.
If the arrival is delayed, without prior written warning, the booking
is void the day after the contracted day of arrival and the total rent is
due. Phone messages are not acceptable.
A guarantee of 200 Euros must be paid upon arrival. You also have to submit an insurance certificate for third-party liability. Short of such certificate the guarantee will be increased to 2,000 Euros. In case of damage of the equipment, the counter
value will be retained on the guarantee, unless the tenant has replaced the
damaged equipment by an identical one. At your departure the accommodation
must be perfectly clean. If not, a lump sum for cleaning of 32 €
will be deducted from your guarantee. The guarantee will be reimbursed after
checking the inventory. During, high and very high season the checking
will only be done on appointment between 8.00 and 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure.
